It is beneficial to do yoga even if suffering from common pregnancy niggles such as constipation, tired legs, back and shoulder muscle tension, depression, and anxiety. Most women who do yoga from conception and during pregnancy experience a more comfortable pregnancy, a smoother childbirth, and are able recover faster after child birth.
