YOGA CLASSES
These classes are based on the philosophy and practice of Yoga Therapy. The yoga practice is a combination of Iyengar, and Ashtanga techniques. The aim is to promote health and vitality throughout the bodily organs, balancing hormones, improving the breath, and promoting positive thought.
